1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalised parts.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Electrical parts and components that have been installed or used.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
4. Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team.
